Buttermilk Fried Chicken And Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place chicken into bowl.
    Pour buttermilk over; marinate for 1/2 to 1 hour.
