Spinach Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion; stir in flour and milk.
    Add cheese.
    Mix with drained spinach.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
