Tofu Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. soy tofu (firm)
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. cracker meal or bread crumbs
    3 eggs (optional)
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. dill
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Mash tofu with fork.
    Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Roll into little balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes. Can be stored in freezer.
