Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. cheese Ritz cracker crumbs (may need more depending on amount of meat)
Preparation
    Line baking pan with foil. Salt and pepper chicken pieces. Dip in melted margarine.
    Coat with crumbs. Place in pan, not crowded.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not turn.
