Chocolate Sundae Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let stand until cool.
