Hot Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cabbage
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. salad oil
4 Tbsp. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Bring to a boil, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, spices and oil. Remove from heat.
Add vinegar mixture to the beaten eggs and whipping cream.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over cabbage and pickle mixture and serve.
