Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. diced leek
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. broccoli flowers
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken stock
    salt
    pepper
    thyme
Preparation
    Melt butter, saute vegetables for about 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour; add stock.
    Bring to boil and simmer 25 minutes.
    Put mixture in food processor and put back in pot.
    Heat gently adding cream.
