Vegetable Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower, cut up
    6 tomatoes, cut and peeled
    6 to 8 potatoes, small and cut up
    1/4 lb. shelled peas
    1/4 lb. green beans, sliced
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    6 small onions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. stock
Preparation
    Place vegetables on a large plate.
    Sprinkle with mixed spices and salt.
    Melt butter in a heavy pan.
    Saute the onions and garlic.
    Add the spiced veggies and stock.
    Cover and bring to a boil, simmer for about 20 minutes until all vegetables are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice.
