Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    lettuce
    tomato
    shredded cheese
    salsa
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Spread refried beans in a flat dish; spread sour cream on top of beans.
    Cut up tomato and shred lettuce.
    Put on top of sour cream.
    Spread salsa and top with shredded cheese.
    Use as a dip for chips.
