Turkey Salad Pocket Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Plantation smoked or cooked turkey breast, finely diced
    1/2 c. celery, finely diced
    2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. green onions, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Can be covered and refrigerated for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
    Use as sandwich filling for pita bread or your favorite sandwich bread.
