Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    9 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables, thawed
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    10 oz. can buttermilk biscuits
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Stir in water, pepper, tomato sauce and tomato paste; simmer 15 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat.
    Add vegetables and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
    Place near outer edge of meat mixture, overlapping. Sprinkle remaining cheese in center and around edge.
    Brush biscuits with margarine.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
