Egg Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    soft butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, flour and salt until smooth and the consistency of heavy cream.
    Heavily butter custard cups or popover pans and fill each about 2/3 full of batter.
    Bake in preheated hot oven (425\u00b0) for 30 to 35 minutes or until puffed and brown.
    Serve at once with butter or marmalade.
