Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. lemon flavor
1 lb. rice, cooked and drained
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can milk
1 stick butter
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
nutmeg, as desired
Preparation

Cook rice, separate and drain.
Add butter while rice is still hot.
Add other ingredients.
Pour in a baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
