Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh broccoli flowers
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese
8 Ritz crackers
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
10 oz. can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Steam broccoli until it is a dark green color and set aside. Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add soup, cheese and mustard; heat until bubbly.
Place broccoli in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture over top and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Add crushed crackers over mixture and bake for 5 more minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
