Patio Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2-lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 cube butter
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1-1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat until creamy.
    Add the thawed hash browns and stir until they're coated.
    Turn into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and cover with the crushed corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
