Blue Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (4 oz.) Blue cheese, crumbled
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cover
and
refrigerate
to blend flavors, about 1 hour.
Offer sliced apples as dippers.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
