Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    6 potatoes
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Peel and quarter 6 potatoes.
    Shake in flour mixture in a plastic bag.
    Lay in a pan and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0, turning over halfway through.
