Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 or 8 medium apples (your choice)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar (depending on tartness of apples)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 pie crusts (your choice)
Preparation

Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
Set aside.
Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon.
Add apples to mixture and set aside while preparing crusts.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
