Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
2 cans crushed pineapple (15 1/2 oz.)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. coconut
nuts or cherries (optional)
Preparation

Drain pineapple very well.
Fold in marshmallows (colored ones give a colorful effect) and coconut.
Can top with nuts and/or cherries.
