Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onions
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. fat
Preparation

Combine meat with all other ingredients, except fat.
Shape into 30 or 32 small meat balls.
Brown in fat, a few at a time. As they brown, remove to a warm plate.
When all are brown, make a sauce as follows:
