Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 (6 oz.) cans flaked crabmeat, drained
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese.
    Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
