Nidow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped tomato
    1 Tbsp. hot curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    6 hard-boiled eggs (leave whole), pierced with fork
Preparation
    In frypan, heat oil.
    Saute onion until transparent, about 5 minutes.
    Add tomato, curry, salt, water and eggs.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve immediately with sauce spooned over eggs.
    Eggs are pierced to absorb sauce.
