Chicken And Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    salt
    paprika
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2/3 can chicken bouillon
    2 or 3 - 6 oz. cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    pepper
    4 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown 12 - 15 minutes in 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine.
    Remove chicken and place in casserole.
    Add 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine to skillet and saute mushrooms.
    Stir in flour, bouillon and sherry.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Arrange artichokes over chicken.
    Pour sauce over top.
    Bake, covered for one hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
