Melon Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cantaloupe
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 small honeydew or 1/2 large
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh mint
mint sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation

Peel, seed and dice melons.
Puree cantaloupe and juice of lemon until smooth.
Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours.
