Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
    Mix in sugar, flour and vanilla.
    Pour in pecans and stir until all are coated.
    Place pecans 1-inch apart on a cookie sheet covered with brown paper.
    (A brown paper bag works great.)
    Bake 30 minutes in a 250\u00b0 oven, then turn off oven and let set in oven 30 more minutes.
    Remove from oven and loosen nuts from paper and let set to cool.
