Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round, cut in 1 inch cubes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 beef bouillon cubes with 8 oz. hot water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. (4 oz. can) sliced mushrooms with liquid
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    4 1/2 c. (6 oz.) wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Saute beef cubes and onion in butter until meat is browned. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add mushrooms with liquid.
    Combine sour cream and flour; blend into meat mixture. Cook 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Serve stroganoff over noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
