Overnight Potato Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
    1 c. prepared, low-fat lemon dill mustard dressing, divided
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium-high heat, bring potatoes and enough salted water to cover to a boil for 10 minutes; drain.
    In a bowl, combine potatoes with 3/4 cup dressing, salt and pepper.
    Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0; arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet coated with buttered flavored cooking spray.
    Bake 25 minutes, stirring frequently. Drizzle with remaining dressing; bake 5 minutes more.
    Toss with dill just before serving.
