Cinnamon Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. shortening
2/3 to 3/4 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 level tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix flour, sugars and cinnamon.
Cut in shortening, then mix buttermilk and raisins to make dough (dough should be moist but easy to knead).
Make out biscuits and bake on greased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
