Never-Fail Fruit Mixture - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (16 oz. each) chunky mixed fruits
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juice
    1 small pkg. Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
    2 bananas, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Drain juice from mixed fruits and discard.
    Drain juice from pineapple, but save to use. Mix fruits together in bowl.
    Sprinkle pudding over fruit and fold in to blend.
    Add half of pineapple juice.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Just before serving, add bananas, cut in chunks.
    If it seems too thick, add more pineapple juice.
    (I usually double the recipe and serve it in individual clear plastic 9-ounce cups.)
