Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket
    onion salt
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    paprika
    tenderizer
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef with onion, celery and garlic salts, paprika and tenderizer.
    Cover with foil for 24 hours.
    Add liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
    Re-wrap in foil.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 7 hours.
