Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. chopped toasted almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. onion, finely minced
1 small jar pimento pieces
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese, chips and almonds. Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Top with remaining ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for Pyrex.
