Easy Beef Brisket Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 lb. well trimmed brisket
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Rub brisket with salt.
    Place in a 9x13 baking pan.
    Mix rest of ingredients and pour over beef.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 3 hours.
    Slice on the diagonal and serve with pan juices.
