Crab Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. crab meat
1/3 c. red bell pepper
1/3 c. yellow bell pepper
1/3 c. green bell pepper
1/4 bunch chopped parsley
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 to 2 eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Lightly toss wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients and mix with fingertips.
Mixture should be loose and wet.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot peanut oil and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with cocktail sauce.
