Corn And Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can yellow hominy, drained
    1 can chopped green chilies (medium)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine corn, hominy, green chilies, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle rest of cheese on top; cook for 15 more minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
