Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices (low-fat)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown meat and drain.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
In a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, layer half of noodles, meat sauce, Ricotta or cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
