Beef Tenders - cooking recipe

Ingredients

beef tenders
soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil or Italian dressing

Preparation

Marinate 2 beef tenders for 2 or 3 hours in 1/2 bottle of soy sauce and salad oil or Italian dressing.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven (not broiler) for 30 minutes or longer, depending on degree of rareness desired (30 minutes would be about medium).
Do not turn meat.
