Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 pork chops
    2 c. rice
    1 large can V-8 tomato juice
    4 bell peppers
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Place in the bottom of oblong 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover with rice and also include V-8 tomato juice.
    Sprinkle with chopped bell pepper.
    Bake covered with foil at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
