Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Blend sugar and flour; add eggs and remaining ingredients.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until coconut is browned and pie is firm.
Depending on the depth of your pastry pan, there is enough for 2 pastry pans.
