Mashed Chickpea Appetizer(Humus) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can chickpeas
    1 small clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sesame tahini paste
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    sprigs of parsley to garnish
Preparation
    Open, drain and rinse canned chickpeas.
    Mash in food processor or blender.
    Add mashed garlic, salt and tahini paste. Blend until smooth.
    Add juice of 2 lemons and mix.
    If consistency is too thick to spread, add 1 tablespoon water.
    Serve in a flat dish.
