Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 large orange
    1 large onion
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Salt and fry pork chops until browned evenly.
    Place rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place chops on top of rice.
    Pour chicken broth and 1 can water over rice. Slice onion and orange. Place a slice of each on each pork chop.
    Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Mix can of soup with 2 cups water.
    Add flour and make gravy.
    Pour over pork chops and serve.
