Barbecue Beef Brisket Or A Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. meat
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1 c. water
    mushrooms (canned or fresh)
    potatoes, peeled and left whole
Preparation
    Spread onions over top of meat.
    Make a sauce with the rest of the ingredients except potatoes and mushrooms and pour over meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours, then 1 hour before serving add potatoes and mushrooms.
