Tasty Tipsy Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Burgundy
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. flavor crystals
    1/2 c. bourbon
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 lb. tenderloin tips, sliced thin
    1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Preheat chicken fryer and saute meat until browned.
    Add salt, flavor crystals, caraway seed, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Add Burgundy, bourbon, tomatoes and bouillon cubes and simmer for 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Serve with hot rice or whipped potatoes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
