Tennessee Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Turnips
    All purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    Lawry's Seasoning
    Cooking oil
    Cocktail sauce
Preparation
    Peel turnips to white meat.
    Cut into slices, similar to French fries.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Roll turnip slices lightly in flour; dip in egg and milk mixture and in flour seasoned with Lawry's Seasoning.
    Fry in deep fryer at 300 to 350\u00b0 until golden.
    Serve with cocktail sauce.
