Mother'S Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated (set whites aside)
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites first.
    Set aside. Combine all other ingredients. Add egg whites last. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until done.
    Makes two 9-inch pies.
