Hearty Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 lb. stew meat (1 1/2-inch cubes)
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 small onions
    3 c. water or beef broth
    8 to 10 carrots (1-inch chunks)
    12 oz. pkg. snow peas or 2 pkg. green beans
Preparation
    Mix
    well
    flour,
    salt
    and
    pepper,
    then roll meat in mixture
    and
    brown
    in
    oil using large Dutch oven, then brown onions.
    Add water and carrots; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer
    2 to 2 1/2 hours until meat is tender, then add peas or beans.
    Cover
    and
    continue
    to
    cook until meat is completely done.
    Can be stored in freezer.
