Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives, drained and sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    4 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix cornmeal, salt and soda.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir just until blended.
    Turn into well-greased 12-inch round baking dish or skillet.
    Bake 40 or 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until set.
