Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal (rounded)
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice and grated rind (1/2 tsp. instant)
Preparation
    Toss with fork the sugar, flour and corn meal.
    Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon juice and rind.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0, then 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
