Lime-Cheese Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lime jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
    1 medium carton cottage cheese
    1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water, add cold water.
    Let thicken slightly.
    Mix remainder of ingredients and add to jello. Refrigerate 2 hours.
