Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. plain cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix self-rising cornmeal, plain cornmeal and sugar; add boiling water and mix well.
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Pour into cornmeal mixture.
    Stir well.
    In 10-inch frying pan or baking dish, melt margarine.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Scoop margarine over the top of batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 25 to 30 minutes until nice and brown.
