German Farmer'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. milk
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 small potatoes
    1 c. cheese, grated
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Dice and cook potatoes.
    Fry bacon and crumble.
    Saute onions in bacon grease.
    Beat eggs with the milk and salt.
    Cook until almost done and add potatoes, bacon and cheese.
